We, at Enduristan, engineer and manufacture first-class motorcycle luggage. For us, off-road travelling and adventure touring have been a fixed part of our lives for years and all our developments are based on this rich pool of experience. So all of our products are absolutly 100% ready for off-road use.

All our tank bags, saddle bags, pack sacks, rucksacks, pannier toppers, ect. are 100% water, mud, sand and dust proof. You don't need any inner bags or rain covers at all.

You can see our products live at one of our dealers or at an event where we are present.

You can buy directly from us via this webshop or you can buy our products via one of our dealers. You can find all our dealers here.

We offer prepayment (bank transfer) and the option of pay
with credit card (via PayPal) or PayPal.

Unfortunately it can happen that from time to time a product is not available in our web shop. However, this will be indicated directly at the product. All products that you can actually buy in the web shop are also available in our warehouse (technical errors excepted).

Returns and exchanges for NEW MERCHANDISE, less shipping and handling fees, are accepted for new items in unused condition that are returned in new, saleable condition with all parts and packaging. If such items are found to be defective upon arrival to you, such items may be exchanged for an equivalent new item only. Merchandise that has been fitted, used, crashed, damaged, scratched, chipped, or missing parts/ packaging and/or installation instructions will NOT be accepted by Enduristan Australia for a return under any circumstances and will be returned to the customer at the customers' expense. 

All countries to which we deliver directly are stored in the web shop with the corresponding delivery costs. For orders to other countries, we ask you to contact our distributors in the respective country.

We ship Australia wide and New Zealand. Shipments are sent via Australia Post. 

You are responsible for any local import taxes, duties or fees payable for arrival into your country.

Any orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the same day for IN STOCK ITEMS (Mon-Fri). All orders are packaged securely in either heavy-duty cartons, satchels or tough bags and are bubble wrapped to ensure safe arrival. 

Orders are dispatched using standard Australia Post Eparcel.  Express Post is available by request.

Whilst most items arrive within 5 working days we cannot be held liable if Australia Post fails to deliver your purchase on time. Please note, during lockdown periods, delays may be experienced in your delivery by Australia Post. As these are dynamic and difficult for us to stay on top of as they constantly change, please visit the Australia Post website for the latest shipping updates to your specific area. 

We ship all orders with Australia Post.

Once your shipment has lef the warehouse, you can track it using the tracking
details in the dispatch email you received.

Whilst most items arrive within 5 working days we cannot be held liable if Australia Post fails to deliver your purchase on time. If your package has not arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, please contact us, stating your order
number. We will initiate an investigation and find a solution with you. In the event of an order being lost in transit, Enduristan Australia bears no risk once it has left its trading premises. Where goods have been received damaged, please notify us immediately. In the event of any of the above occurring, Enduristan Australia will supply the customer with full details to allow a claim to be lodged with Australia Post.

The domestic delivery costs are $15 per order and $25 for
International orders to New Zealand.

The shipping costs for international
orders are stored directly in the webshop and are displayed in the shopping
cart at the end of your order.

Shipments are sent via Australia Post.

We trust in this quality and that‘s why all our products come with a 5 year warranty.

Please contact your seller (online or
your local dealer) with your invoice, who will then get in touch with us. If
you bought the product directly from us at www.enduristan.com.au, please contact us, stating the order number, a description of the damage and one or more meaningful pictures.
